A new major release?

Hello devs,

I was just wondering about this lately. It seems that there has been a lot of new work to warrant a new major release. I have been using Deviation since 2013 and the release schedule always seemed unusual to me. Is it that only PB can release new versions and he seems to have been disappeared or there are other hurdles? Thanks.
