This is a major release of the Deviation firmware

**WARNING: Some users have reported reboot while flying with version 2.0.  Be very careful using this release until the issue is identified and resolved!**

  * Quickpages allow accessing frequently used pages
  * Fonts are stored on the filesystem
  * Mixers can be reordered
  * Channels can be reordered
  * New 'deadband' curve
  * DSM2 support upto 9 channels
  * Better WK2601 support
  * New Hubsan protocol
  * Power savings (auto-dim display)
  * New Max and Min muxes for the mixer page
  * Limits are applied live
  * Servo speed control

==== Incompatibility ====
DSM2 range has changed.  Previously 100% in Deviation was equivalent to 150% on Spektrum Tx.  Now Deviation matches the Spektrum Tx.  This means that all DSM2 model configs need to be updated with the proper scaling values
