Confirmed that it is a bug in mini cp's FW 1.2. After flashing latest FW1.3, now deviation can bind to my minicp with any specified fixed-id.

Are you in position to post this new 1.3fw? I'm not seeing it on the Walkera's website.

very interesting - two new miniCP-firmware's which are not shown on the Walkera-Website!

But at the end: What could be the difference between the "released" 1.1-Version and this 1.3-Version? Flying-behaviour?
