Does anyone here have a Devo 8s and a Blade 130X?

I'm asking because I've tried everything I know to get this thing flying right. I've replaced the tail servo, made sure the rear gears are not stripped, etc.... It wants to be out of control and tip over at take off. In fact, I'm having a hard time getting it off the ground anymore. If anyone has suggestions, or if this sounds familiar - please let me know.
