Hello,
just got my new Super CP with Devo 7e!
Deviation runs fine except that i cant reduce the transmitpower. There is only one option availible (150mW), but in germany this is not legal and in my opinion also too much for flying in my garden.
Is there a way to reduce the outputpower?

Thanks in advance,
Andi

If it is important, i use Deviation v3.0 with the two switches mod and a WLToys transmitter module.

Did you do the diode mod?
If yes you should edit tx.ini:
[modules]
enable-cyrf6936=B12
has_pa-cyrf6936=1
then you should get all power options.
If not, you will have ~7 mW, whatever deviation says.

Thank you.

Then i guess the next thing to do is the diode mod :cheer:

I was just wondering because with the V911 i was able to chenge the outputpower.

Before you do the mod, If you haven't done it, the actual power is 10mW regardless of what Deviation says.
On a stock Devo7e, the max available power is 10mW. Deviation says 150mW because it is sharing the same code as the devo10. On the devo10 with the same settings, the output is 150mW, but the Devo7e has no power-amp, and thus these same settings only provide 10mW

V911 uses a different radio (A7105) with it's own built-in power amp. It doesn't use the the stock radio (CYRF).

If you install a A7105 radio module w/ a built-in power amp then you are not artificially restricted like you are on the stock radio module when using the A7105 radio.

Each radio module is a completely different entity w/ or w/o their own power amp. ;)
