Devo 7e - Main Page Configuration problem was created by Gerhard_H
Hi !
In the meantime I was satisfied with my Devo 8S but for going on holydays with small luggage I wanted a smaller TX and now I have a 7e too; installed Deviation yesterday.
Seems I am not clever enough . . .
OK, learned that there is a new extra manual for the 7e. Fine . . .
New, separate protocol subfolder. Accomplished.
But my Mainpage is still empty, there's only the Current Model's name, TX Power and Battery Voltage.
Surprisingly the Main Page Configuration page can be found as item 6. in the Model Menu.
But what I find there is completely different from what I can see in the Manual on page 12. Nothing what has to do with the main page (trims, boxes etc.).
I find :
Menu 1:
Meni 2:
....
....
Load
For each menu entry I can choose some options.
But whatever option I choose nothing happens, at least it looks so.
tia for advice
Gerhard
edit :
just learned - what I see is (seems to be - or not) Quick-Pag Selection; but nothing more

Hi Gerhard,
I don't know if this will help you but I found that I needed to put the contents of the /filesystem/devo7e folder from the filesystem zipfile straight into the root of the Devo7e file system before I could get the deviation to behave normally.
Ian

Hi Ian !
Thanks for response, I downloaded the filesystem file again and and copied the files into the tx, now it seems to work.
I think I had copied files from a wrong build version . . .
Thx anyway
Gerhard
