Nightly build changelog?

I haven't been keeping pace with all of the threads/changes for a while now, just got a devo6s and installed 3.0 pretty-much straight away so I didn't get too used to it's stock interface; but is there anywhere that lists what's new/changed in the nightlies?
Not being familiar with the 6/8 system (previously 7E, but not yet deviated) I don't know all the places to explore in the menu, I've got both emus running (3.0 and latest nightly) and see a couple of things like more toggle icons and what looks like a rearrangeable layout, but is there anywhere that lists the things that have made the cut since 3.0 was released?
