Telemetry display and alarm settings lost on pwr

With >15 models, I've noticed that the telemetry display and alarm settings get lost after tx power off - even for models that was not loaded during the power off. Happens for both devo telemetry and dsmx telemetry.

Anyone else observed this?

I'm using the following nightly builds for devo 12s:
