Input Monitor Layout Improvement

The current Input Monitor layout and channel labeling seems to me to be a bit disorganized and awkward to read. The alternating label heights were driven by the labels implemented, and the uniform spacing led to the AIL DR having to be split between the upper and lower groups. I think it could benefit from a little better organization and labeling.

I would like to propose the following changes, for better readability and organization. This example is obviously for the Devo 8s. I don't know how this screen is implemented on other transmitter models i.e. if the code is unique for each transmitter model, or the same for all color screen models, but different for the B/W screened models, or just unique for the various screen sizes.

I also don't know how easy / difficult it would be to implement the proposed changes, or whether I'm the only one who thinks it needs improvement. I'm curious what other people's thoughts are about this.
