icons all are black squares since the latest updat was created by jvulte

was there a change in format? I made custom icons for the switches, but since the latest update, when I try to assign them, all of the choices are just black squares.

Has anyone else seen this? Any idea what could be wrong?

I put a red blue brown from the icon page into my devo12s about a week ago.
