throttle calibration problem Hobbywing platinium 30A Opto

I have just putting together my second quad. I am using a naza mv2 Gps initial setup is ok except that when I go to motor test page in naza assistant none of the motors will start/test . but will work if I set it to high motor idle speed no naza ass connected. The radio is Devo 10 set to normal aero. The biggest headache is that I cannot start the motors what I think should be normal setup, I move the sticks to the corners as stated but nothing happens until I neutralise the sticks and just move the throttle to midpoint and all the motors start up and if I go beyond half stick the motors accelerate as normal for take off.
I am using a rx 1002 with Hobbywing platinium 30A Opto which I have calibrated individually (powering up at full throttle then lowering the stick to hear beeps but i onley her beeb beep beep beeb beep beep ......... all the way

Any help would be appreciated
