Airplane mix

Hi! I've created a model for my Multiplex Panda Sport with DR and Expo, everything works fine, I've assigned the FMODE switch to change among 3 modes of flight but I'm stuck with other mixes....I need to know how to assign the ELEV switch to add the ELEV input (channel 2) to the AILERONS (channels 4 & 5)....

Any help?
