First you need to put your Devo in DFU mode. Turn it off, press EXT key and keeping it pressed turn it on. Then it should be recognizable by Dfuse tool. There are two signs, one in Chinese and another is in English reading "Updating formware..." or something like this.
Upgrade firmware to Deviation.
Then you need to put Deviation's filesystem in place. Turn off your Devo and turn it on. If there is no valid filesystem it will turn on in USB drive mode. Format the disk, it's small so the default should be FAT32 (as far as I recall). I used Windows formatter and it works well.
Then copy Deviation files to the newly formatted disk.

Thank's victzh for your help
I am managed to comunicate whit the dfsue usb upgrade and i have upgrade deviation-devo8-v4.0.1.dfu.
I have restart devo 8s and i can format the usb disk (FAT).
I have copy and past the file on the usb disk execpt models and tx.ini.
I have restart the devo 8s and i am happy i can see the first menu of the lcd.
But i touch the lcd panel or i press any key the devo 8s bug.
So i transfer again the firmware and i would like to format usb disk but it's again impossible to format the usb disk.
I tested transfert firmware DEVO-8 Fw v1.0B.dfu the devo 8s bip after the restart and the screen is bug.
I transfert the library DEVO-8 Lib v0.0.5.dfu and i verify after upgrade and i have msg box " matching no good first difference at adresse 0X00010000 File byte is 0x57 Read Byte is 0X00".
No when press EXT KEY and keep it pressed turn it on the screen is bug and i have not the picture of transfert on the sreen devo 8s.

I doesn't understand this problem

Hook it to a pc running Linux and start gparted (patition manager).
Then check the USB drive.
If you have no access to such a pc, download a version of Puppy Linux (small/full write access/CD or USB stick based).
....or just a live iso image of gparted....
