Does anyone know if the dr-1 works with deviation? I got some receivers for ridiculously cheap with the intention of using them in planes but, when I try to bind them the light on the receiver goes solid saying it's bound but, my 7e keeps trying to bind. It's like it's waiting for the receiver to send something it's not sending.

Edit: It's a hubsan h203 rebadged by traxxas incase you didn't know.

It should work with the hubsan protocol. You'll need the A7105 module in your transmitter.

Thats what I thought. I have a a7105 and its working with a proto-x and a traxxas qr-1 board. Like I said in the first post the receiver binds but my 7e just sits on the bind screen and won't complete the process

Are you using an nightly? I've noticed that sometimes too. If I move a stick when the countdown is done, it will complete the bind.

I just switched to the nightly to fix the buzzer but it wasn't working before that either. I think traxxas may have changed something with the board and thats whats causing the tx to not recognize it.

I could be wrong but, I thought moving the stick to get rid of the bind screen was only for dsm2 something about the failsafe I believe. Either way moving the sticks does nothing only way to get rid of the bind screen is to cancel the bind by hitting ent/ext.
