Devo 7e on Phoenix rc how to use the switch?

I'm just wondering how to use the switch Hold and Fmod in Phoenix Rc simulator. I figured out to set the PPM mod but the switch are not recognize on the simulator.
How to set it?

You'll need to map it to a channel using the mixer. Source will be the switch, and type min/max.

Alternatively, you can use those switches just like you would in your standard config. I.e. - have the hold shut down the throttle in your Tx, and have fmode change flight modes there as well. It really depends on what you want. With a 7E, I think I'd go with mapping them to channels and for use in Phoenix, but with my 10 I do - well, really odd things so I can fly 3d heli's and aircraft with one Deviation config.
