Devo 6s and unmixing Blade MSR was created by 26y4u
hi all,
today i got my devo 6s.
it fits really good in my hand and the deviation fw is fantastic.
after playing around with it a bit i got few questions.
first whats the rubber socket on the back side under the antenna?
cant the up/dn and r/l buttons act like 2 positions switches?
can deviation integrate a text editor so i can manipulated the ini directly.
is the 6s exactly the same as 8s with the exception of the two extra switches?
so theoretically i can use the 8s fw?
furthermore is it possible to mod the screen to non-glare?
and my last question is how i unmixing the blade msr.
the rudder mixing in the elevator servo.
i dont wanna the elevator servo to move when i move the rudder.
i tried with complex and two mixer.
the first one src RUD and the second one src ELE but failed.
best regards

Is it USB port?
It's the case for Devo 10.
It does not. You connect the TX to your computer in USB mode.
See manual for ENT or EXT buttons + power on.

u can c it on the photo.
theres a rubber socket.
i know u can edit the files on pc in usb mode.
would be great to be able to edit it on the touchscreen although.
i already have the firmware installed.
i was just asking if the hardware is identical.
if it is there should be no problem if u using the devo8 fw.
best regards

Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.
My remotely piloted vehicle ("drone") is a yacht.

The port on the back doesn't appear to have any use. It isn't mentioned in the manual.
USB is on the right-hand side near the bottom, charge and trainer ports are on the back near the bottom, one near each side. Those three are the only external ports on the Devo Tx's.

My brand new 7E has that same port on the back, there isn't a socket or even breakouts under it for an add-on module or anything... Probably a planned factory add-on / upgrade than never came to be, it's useless.
I thought about using mine for an easy add-on antenna install but I don't do anything the easy way lol.
