Does anyone have any experience using either the orange or lemon receivers with Deviation?

I used both. They work well, although on any of the short antenna devices I had occassional failsaves beyond 300m range.

Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.
My remotely piloted vehicle ("drone") is a yacht.

I've got both, but have only tried the LemonRX ones yet. I use them for RC yachts, not aircraft, most of which I buy BNF or RTF. Range is an interesting question, because the actual max distance is ~100 yards, but 2.4GHz doesn't go through water, so antenna placement, boat orientation and heel angle come into play. I've lost reception using a TM1100 well short of that, and had some glitches with the TM1000 at full range, but never had a problem with the Tx's. Since I've got spare satellites, I'm going to be putting one on the opposite side of keel assembly, as that's the situation they were designed for.
