Devo7e 4.0 It does not work strating the Tx power

Hi, my name is Sebastian'm new here this is my first post on this forum I am with Polish and walking by Google so there may be misspellings for which I apologize
I have a problem I changed the software in Devo 7 4.0 and I have a problem with the function tx power is set to default and you can not move
The 2.4GHz transmitter instead of the diode is a jumper
Transmission range is now 4 meters

Already did it, Tx .ini file had to enter; haspa-cyrf6936 = 1
