Eachine 250 racer software help

Hey, have a eachine 250 racer that I try to run with acrobatics, ie flips. Have tried to set the control board. It will be 80 degrees and then down into the ground, has seen on youtube when they do really nice and quick flips. Do not quite understand what I'm doing wrong, i using open pilot. Grateful for the help
