USER'S MANUAL IS OUT OF DATE was created by SuperFLY

Hello everyone I am trying to flash Deviation to my Devo 7e for the first time. I am trying to follow the process in the user's manual but the links, files, and therefore the steps to do this are out of date and I can not seem to locate everything I need to get it done. Please help
