Devo 12e Vs 10

So I just set my buddies 7e with Deviation. I've got it working with a Scisky brushless board. With that in mind I'm considering getting a 12e to do most of my flying with (fixed wing and multi-rotor). I see there is a nightly build available for it. Has everyone been reasonably happy/successful with getting this radio to work or am I better off with a 10?

ps. I don't know who's responsible for all this nonsense but I think it's a great service to the RC community. I thank you.
