Pocket drone 124 will not bind with receiver

Can someone help me I have a couple pocket drone remote control s because I lost one drone and recently bought same drone to go with my second remote and I do know the binding steps been,up,down and lights stop blinking,,but this drone will not bind to none of the pocket drone remote controls I have,help!!!
