Devo f12e Problem

I have "Ultimate Devo F12E" and I plugged in the DCS socket and turned on the devo.And it does not start. I disconnected Rlink, I wanted to start again and nothing. Before connecting UHF everything worked. Does anyone have a schematic or have suggestions on what could have happened? On the power output (top of the radio) I have 1.1v power supply.
