pixhawk and failsafe

Hello! I have pixhawk 2.1 and I use it with devo RX705 & F12E transmitter with nighty build. If I test my failsafe so that I turn transmitter off -> pixhawk changes to RTL-mode as it is supposed to. Is there a way to get rx & tx rebind after powering the transmitter again? Because if I turn the transmitter on they wont connect to each other anymore. Only when I restart pixhawk they will again connect.

If you haven't already try setting a fixed ID to the rx and see if it works..
