Devo 6s: display area not identical to sensor area

I' m running a Devo 6s with the official Deviation 5.0.0 software for quite a while.

I get the impression that in the model-screen, where the name of the model is displayed up in the middle, the complete area of the model-name cannot be used for the selection by finger-tip; this area got smaller in comparison to the beginning of usage and can only by user by finger-tip in the upper right corner.
I have calibrated the screen a couple of times without any effect.

Is this impossible?
Is it possible to reset the selectable area to the displayed area?
