Devo 10 update to deviation 5

Hi all, I have recently tried to update my Devo 10 from Deviation 4.0.1 to version 5. I've tried to use the usb using the drag and drop from the new files to the "F" drive (devo 10). It transfers from one to the other but nothing on my tx is updated both in file dates or when i turn my tx back on after removing it from my laptop. Please help.
