Zero/Max: How to specify the comparison argument?

Hi,

could someone please tell me how to do a simple comparison of two values, as in "if {a<b} then"? I'm trying to mix if THR is > -100.

From the manual for the 7e:

The following curve functions are supported:
Zero/Max: Output is 0 if input is less than the specified value and 100 otherwise.

Which specified value? Specified where/how?

Many thanks
Peter

Use a virtual channel as switch for the mixer.
in the virtual channel use src=Thr and play around with the offset function

Hi Wene001,

and thanks for your suggestion. I had indeed tried that yesterday, but ran into what looks like a bug to me:

Is there any good workaround?

Many thanks

When you select the Zero/Max curve the spinbox changes to a pressable spinbox as described in Chapter 6 of the 7e manual. Press Ent on the pressable spinbox and the display changes to set the transition value.

It's a subtle change in the outline of spinbox to pressable spinbox while the spinbox is selected (square corners to round). It's usually easier to use the emulator to get familiar with the interface as you can run through options and try things quickly.
