I can change an icon in Model Page. If I can change Wallpaper same way, it's sweet

How about that?

there are several reasons I don't support that, but the main one is just disk space. You can only store a very small number of images on the 4MB flash. And I expect that most people who want to theme want to do more than just change the wallpaper. Theoretically all images and fonts are fully configurable, so replacing the contents of the 'media' dir with another theme is probably more interesting than just swapping the wallpaper.
