Hey :)

got a Devention Devo 6s recently and don't get it to work.

1st Problem:
I want to use it on the PC with the USB-001 Cable PPM Dongle and it is recognized in the Windows (still WinXP 32 bit!) Gamecontroller Menu as PPM Device. But I am absolutely not able to calibrate it properly!

Some people suggest, to switch off the ECCPM - automatic Mix, if you want to use it with a Flightsim. I found a solution for a Walkera WK-2601 (a switch on the back), but I don't know how to try that on my Devo 6s !! My biggest issue, so I pls need help on this one!!

2nd Problem (which I wanted to try, to fix my first Problem):
I wanted to update with your Instructions.
So downloaded "devention_devo6_2.1.0 update"
and "DevoDfuSe_v1.5_setup"

I connect the Devo 6s via regular Mini-USB to USB cable and EXT + PowerON while connecting and windows finds the Hardware "STM32 DFU" which cannot be found. I tried my.st.com/public/STe2ecommunities/mcu/Li..._stm32/AllItems.aspx but dunno if that is the right procedure and I think I accidentally loaded the Win7/Vista STM32 version.

Ultimately I cannot update anything, because the DevoDfuSe Update Software doesn't recognize my Devo 6s

so dear community, hope you got something on that :D

regards
:)

ok cool, but that probably doesn't fix my first problem i guess, does it?!?! because if I use it with 3,5mm to mono adapter for flightsims, i won't have it connected as STM32 DFU device, but as PPM device and I assume, that I still won't be able to calibrate it properly!?

well I was giving a try to the new deviation firmware, 2.1.0 for Devo6 (I strongly hope, that Devo6 s! is included in in that version), but it doesn't work.
It doesn't reboot properly after Successfully patching ( the firmware and leaving DFU Mode - there is always the USB-Logo on the screen. Additionally it is recognized as USB-Storage Device, but trys to format the drive, when trying to open! aaargh :/

You need download and setup filesystem deviation-fs-devo8-v2.1.0.zip. Read Deviation manual for Devo 6/8.
