7e Help tx power

I have a 7E with v9x9 and v2x2 modules installed. I also did the range mod.
When i am using the dsm2 protocol my tx power shows default and it won't let me change this setting. Is this ok set at default?





Also when i did the range mod i damaged the the one smd cap just above the diode. Does anyone the value of this cap? If it actually is a cap. There is also another tan colored cap right above that that is ok. Is the damaged cap really needed? It seems to be working ok on dsm2.

Another question. For my flysky and v2x2 protocols what tx power should i use?
