Question about Devo8/12 signal icon was created by WheresWaldo
Hey, having a Devo10 I have not thought much about signal strength, since I know what the particular model is set to with regard to transmitter power (mW). But I have a question on the Devo8/12, is the TX graph just a graphical representation of the setting for TX Power in each model file?
If so, then it is not a measure of dBm or RSSI. Is my understanding correct?
I want to understand the usefulness of making it a graphic instead of a value.

Yes, each bar corresponds to a setting in the spinbox, i.e. one bar is 100uW, two bars are 300uW, three bars are 1mW ...and eight bars are 150mW
