QR Ladybird voltage regulator

I've had to replace the 3.3V regulator on the pcb, twice so far. I think it may be a bit under-rated. I'll try a 250mA device next time, if I have another failure.
The sypmtoms are ...
No LED showing or the LED appears duller and the ladybird behaves erratically.
