Help setting up timers

Hello.

Sorry for asking this but I did search.

How do I choose the percentage of stick movement to start a timer ?

Probably guessed what I means by this. I want to change at which percentage my timer starts with throttle movement. Is it possible ?

Also the R(ight) and L(eft) (I'm using a devo 10) buttons seam hard codded to start/stop and reset the timers, respectively, if "none" is selected for that timer. Is it possible to stop this behavior ?

I'm kinda lost here.
