Toggle button for throttle stick

Hello

In Page config, i've place a toggle box picture should change whenever throttle stick is down (0%) or active.

The toggle image changes only when throttle stick is >0%
My problem is the throttle range is -100% to +100%

How could i get the toggle image changed if throttle value is immediately > -100% ?
