Malfunction in the sky?

Hi,

I am new here and I followed Deviation with great interest. I will put it on my new Devo8S. But I have still one question:

Should I be affraid for malfunction in the sky with a Trex-500?

The rest are only smaller aircraft and helicopters. Thats no problem for me.
