Telemetry display units

Hello

Is there a way to change the GPS telemetry information display ?

Actually, the speed is displayed in m /s and i would like to turn it to km / h

Regarding altitude, it shows the field altitude from sea level, is it possible to set it to 0 and when flying the measure will report the plane altitude from the field ground ( QFE ).
