No. If you can't upgrade the firmware on your F4 now, nothing now on this site will ever let you modify the firmware.
If the F4 has a USB port and you can upgrade the firmware, then I've seen notes from people working on porting the firmware available here to the F? Tx's. So at some point you may be able to install the firmware on this site and use it give your F4 more capabilities - like 12 channels, the ability to talk to Spektrum Rx's, and other nifty thing. But that's not available in anything you can download now.
