Walkera V450D03 was created by niteliter
OK, I purchased a Walkera V450D03,without the battery.NOW I have 2 questions:
what type of plug is on the end of that battery,I have maybe 8 11.1 3S batteries for my other copters, and quads, but they have different ends,
And where would the best place be to get a battery from?
I was thinking maybe change the plug on the Heli to match my other batteries.........an idea from the mind of a cheapo.......well, sometimes a cheapo............actually.maybe alotta times.............
and if I do R/R the end,can I use any standard flexible 12,or 14 stranded wire?
Thanks Much.....

You will probably void warranty if you re-solder the plug on the ESC.
Spektrum support e.g told me that.

Personally I solder my own adapter cables, which include the telemetry sensor cable connected to +- in the middle.

You must be careful about what AWG wire you use depending on the plugs (e.g blue EC3/5, green MPX, yellow XT60, etc.).
If it is too thick you may fail to solder the wire end into the plug or goldie.

I changed all my lipos and esc to XT60 plugs. The standard plug used on the V450D03 is a 3.5mm bullet plug so very easy to make your own on the lipo of your choice or an adaptor cable.

They fly well on a 11.1 3S 2200 mah lipo. Some have reported the 2700mah gives better balance.
