Using the FY41Ap with my Devo 12S ?

I am setting up my Devo 12S to fly FPV on an HK EPP FPV, the FY41AP wants channels 5 & 6 for the use of modes on the FY41AP.

Just starting to use this radio, would like to set the "Elev D/R" or "Rudd D/R" as channels 5, it is currently "Gear".
Channel 6 is "Mix" and that works out fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

I did manage to reverse the Elevator/Rudder and Ailerons on my own but this is a little more advanced it seems.
