Devo 6s Alarms was created by z33
Hi All,

I just got my devo6s modded and excited to try it out.

I have setup my throttle timer and I notice I get a tiny beep from the radio when it gets to my timing sequence. But how do I increase the volume of that beep? It's way to soft for me to hear it in the field.

Alternatively is the devo 6s voice ready. (Like my taranis)

TIA!

Cheers,
Z

Voice alerts are in testing at this time but further testing and development is needed...

I myself am anxiously awaiting for the voice alerts to become a reality in the near future..I already purchased a DFMini player for the install once it is implemented

Consider adding the haptic modification. This gives you vibrating alarms in addition to sounds. Personally I find the vibrating alarm more effective in the field.

Deviation Devo7e 3way switch mod, A7105, NRF24L01
Devo6s 2x2 switch mod, trim mod, haptic, multimodule, A7105, NRF24L01, CC2500
Devo12e 4-in-1 with voice mod -- it speaks!!

Thanks guys.

I thought of haptic but that would involve modding the devo again which I am not skilled at.

So, there is no software based solution to increasing the beep tones of the radio?

Cheers,
Z

Try checking the settings in media/sound.ini; they are probably set to volume=100 by default anyway, but worth double-checking. Also have a look in tx.ini just to make sure there isn't a volume setting there (used to be at one stage, don't think it's there any more)
