settings if possible (need to know)

hello so far have found out everything i need to know here so one more question i have plans to purchase a quad kit of some kind haven't set anything in stone yet but was looking at purchasing something close or better then attached file for product overview any recommendations or ideas of weather or not to make the purchase and or ideas of were i should be looking rather then were i am would be helpful i have the devo 7e tx and the devo rx setup already with the devention setup and thats it nothing else has been mod or upgraded and need to know if it will work and settin gs to do so or what needs to be done please help
