Devo Transmitters - Anyone buying spares?

Anyone else here bought a spare or two for redundancy, spare parts, or partnered flying before the Devo supplies dry up?
I picked up an extra pair of Devo-10 transmitters last week... figured it is a good investment in the future of my hobby. Wondering if anyone else here is doing the same, and by what reasoning.

Can't you find a DEVO 7E or 10 anymore?
If you base this information on what they have on their website, a lot of their products would not exist. For example there is no DEVO 7 anymore, but they still sell all their RTF packages with that TX...

They still seem to be available from many sources, but it's common knowlege posted on many forums that Walkera is not making any more.

internet rumour mostly, iirc it was initialy someone from helipal that mentioned it first, plus there was the devo 6 issues, one retailer was looking to source some, at first was able to order a batch of 6's from walkera if he ordered a minimum batch of 25 as they were out of stock and no longer being regularly produced, then iirc (mwm will remember more as I remember him being active in that thread) when he tried to order a second batch of 25 he was told they weren't making any more?
I think there are plenty of stock of some out there, both bundled with rtf models and as tx alone of 10's, 10e's, 7e's and 7's, but 6's are virtually unobtanium (one or two stores have stock but for pretty much taranis x9e+ money) same with the 8 and the 12e, the 12s is still available but it's also scarce, but once they run out who knows
it seems walkera is fully focussed on it's quad line moving forward and for those the 'F' models and the devo7 are what they are providing for them. even heli's like the v120d02s that used to come bundled with the 7e now come new only with the 7 or the white d10e, same withe their 450 heli.
I guess the only way to know for sure is to email them and ask, whether they will answer such a question I don't know?

Like so many things, you know there's got to be a heap of 'em out there, but tracking the things down is another matter entirely!

The long-term solution - at least in my mind - is to migrate much of the hardware description out of model-specific code into hardware.ini and start supporting custom builds based on mcu development boards like the ST Micro discovery boards.
Do not ask me questions via PM. Ask in the forums, where I'll answer if I can.

Walkera does not answer any questions, so if they will answer questions about the life cycle of their products..... don't think so
For now I see much devo's still available at the online shops: in china (BG, Ali,) but also local shops. But what surprises me, is that aliexpress sells them via the eachine shop china.
But Eachine is a great copy/past company. So it would be no surprise to me if eachine will sell/clone/xxx in the near future.
And they still see a market in the Devo radio's since they recently also produced the 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 modules?
To be honest, I don't know if walkera has still a long life to live as a company. Since the service sucks and customers stay with unfinished products behind, a company does not live long any more.
So as a small tip for the developers here: may a call to Eachine and they will produce the Walkera radio's with the deviationtx software instead. Maybe a new and sexy housing for the current fashion style, bling-bling knob and a extra blinking LEDs/screen/xxx.
But for now: I have 3 pcs Devo 10 - in my opinion one of the best radios. I bought one as spare, the other came with a RTF versions.
But for spares: if anyone knows where to get e.g. the aux4/5 potentiometers - keep me posted These are the most fragile parts of the TX.

Apart from that, +1 for Devo10 as the best TX I ever used!!

If so, please let me know were (link?).
I searched internet, suppliers of the walkera stuff, electronics shops, specialists but no one has them.
Please note it is not the same pot as de Devo7 - these are bigger. Also the ones sold at e.g. HK are too big (will not fit)
To be sure: the dimensions.
Shaftdiam 3,5mm
Housing diam 13,4mm
Total length incl shaft 20mm
Shaft length 9,5mm
Thread 6mm
Thickness housing 5mm, Max 7 ivm ruimte

...5k linear.
Downside, you will have to build an adapter for the axle to fit the knob.

@aMax, thanks! If that fits it will be nice. But I have been searching for these online too, so far without any result.
