Devo 12 E Stuck Please Help!

My Devo 12 E does not power up after the Updater tool. I download Dfuse USB 2.31 and the Devo 12v5.0 DFU. The installation says it was successful but my radio does not power back on when I hold down the Ent button to switch in back on to complete the deviation install. I am really at a loss as to what happened. The installer recognizes the radio and says it was successful. The Radio does not respond as it should and power back on, the screen remains blank. If I hold down the Ext button and power it back on it will go into update mode but that is all. Please help! The radio is New.

It appears that you need to go to the nightly builds and download the correct firmware for the 12 E.

Release 5.00 does not cover 12 E.

12 is not the same as 12 E.

I also recently purchased the Devo 12e and installed Deviation without any problems.
I used the Dfuse 2.31 on windows XP machine.
As I wasn't that concerned with voice alerts and am a bit skeptical about using the latest nightlies I opted to use Vlad's build found at the end of this www.deviationtx.com/forum/builds/6407-de...-protocols?start=200 topic.
Download the 12e dfu file from the last post of the above topic and download the Devo 10 files from the Deviation 5.0 main release.

Thanks for the Help! I was using the incorrect file 12 and not the 12e. Once I tried the 12e it worked! I am going to check out the other dfu from Vlad. Thanks! again.
