Jumper T8SG not binding with JJRC H36

I bought the Jumper T8SG Tx in order to use a slightly better transmitter with some of my toy quads. One of them is an Eachine E010 and it flys nicely in and around my house. However the quad is fairly old and has had many crashes and rattles quite a bit, so I decided to get a new one. I chose rather to get the JJRC H36 as the shipping to my country by Gearbest is a lot quicker and easier than Banggood. I was pretty confident from watching a few YouTube tutorials the the protocol was exactly the same. I received the JJRC this morning and the first thing I did was to try and bind it to my Jumper T8SG. However it would not bind. I checked all the settings several time and all seems to be right.

Now here is the strange part. I took the original TX from the Eachine 010, switched it on and it binds to the JJRC quad. No problem and flies fine. However I would prefer to fly it with the Jumper Tx.

Any advise or suggestions?

P.S. I am very new to this so please reply in simple language. Lol.

I'm having the same problem with an OE E010C.

I've tried re-initializing the radio through the model menu setup a couple times with no luck.

i have the same problem too. i have updated the firmware but still its not binding to the JJRC H36 FC.

Just received my Jumper this morning.
Can't bind E010 (Mjxq) but it is ok with E011 (bayang).
For the E010 I tried to reverse Ailerons and Rudder in the mixers set up page (as seen in a tuto) but didn't bind either.
May be something changed in the E010 protocol recently ?
Any clues ?

This is exactly what I tried. In the end I exchanged my H36 with a friend who had an Eachine 010 and had no problem binding and flying this with the Jumper. They have obviously changed something in the protocol of the newer H36's.

I have a JJRC that uses a slightly different protocol to the advertised one ...
Might want to try them all (?) , yeah a painful process ...

what if you flash the jjrc H36 Fc with E011 silverware?

will it bind to t8sg?
im just curious..
