Totally confused

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum have a bunch of questions (sorry). I just purchased a devo 12 s with version 5 of the deviation software. From what I have been reading it works well. I just do not like it. I would like to bring it back to the latest factory software, and have no idea as to what to do or look for. Any help would be appreciated. Be advised I am used to spectrum and wanted to try something new.

Thanks for helping me. Got the downloads, but in the download tool screen my transmitter does not show up cant figure outy why. I hold down the enter button while turning it on and the information in the radio pops up but it will not appear on the bottom of the download tool screen. Any help would be appreciated. I read that on some of the other radios you have to hold in the ext button while turning in on but doing that does nothing. HOPE I DID NOT CONFUSE YOU.

Thanks, all worked out well. Now were can I be able to download a manual for the 12s ?
