Spracing f3evo , devo7E - startup issue

I successfully paired the lemon dsmx I think, light on the receiver is solid red. There was movement in cleanflight in the bars according to the radio sticks.
But the propellers do not move.

What is next step to check?

As you may understand I am very new to this, greatful for any tips.

I may mention there are another two red lights except the one inside the receiver - one of them are still flashing red, what does that indicate?
