One switch contolling TWO separate function -HELP!

Maybe this time someone will give me a hand in very similar question. I've spent hours trying, reading and I can't make it to work the way I want.

Devo 7E

CH5 = RETRACTS - controlled by HOLD0/1 switch HOLD1 -> retracts on , HOLD0-> retracts off
CH6 = FLAPS - controlled by SW A0/A1/A2 -> A0-> no flaps A1- flaps half way A2-full flaps on (complex mixer with fixed curves 100/0/-100 each assigned to SW A position 3way)

Goal:
I want to keep SW A0/A1/A2 switch functionality but as soon as I flick HOLD0 switch to make RETRACTS off/folded up I want apply 0% flaps applied at the same time , when I drop the retracts down for landing (HOLD1 switch) I want to have 100% flaps applied accordingly. Now I need to use two switches for landings one for gear another for flaps. Landing is the most stressful moment of flying so I want one switch applying both functions at once.

I'm begging someone please help me this time, someone must know how to do it! Believe me I'm not trying to be lazy - I simply can't manage how to do it

Add a forth page to the channel 6 mixer Mux=replace Switch=Hold1 Src=none scalar=-100 should do it

I did what u said:
Added fourth page to CH6 as follows:

Switch: HOLD1
Mux: replace
Src: none
Curve: fixed
Scale: -100

It sort of works but not quite the way I want. What happens here is:
If retracts are off ( switch in HOLD0 position) i do have full control over flaps using SW A0/1/2 switch- which is perfect. But as soon as I drop the gear down I'm also loosing ability to control flaps with SW A0/1/2 switch. Why it bothers me a bit? Because for take offs obviously i need gear down (HOLD1) but I'm unable to add any flaps - need them at 50% so SW A1 - simply that switch is not doing anything.

Take off: gears down , flaps at 50% - then after taking off when toggling from HOLD1 to HOLD0 i want: gear closed and flaps at 0% + i can still operate flaps the way I want using SW A0/1/2
Landing: gears down , flaps at 100% - after toggling from HOLD0 to HOLD1 i want: gear down and flaps at 100% regarding of SW A switch position.

I'm too stupid to understand it myself

I don't know how to achieve what you want to do the the switches you are using. I think you need one more two way switch or to move your hold/take off/landing mixes over to switch B (if you have it and it is 3 way switch).
