Devo 12S Upgrade Failed

I am trying to upgrade my Devo 12s with Deviation 5.0.0 but it keeps failing. I followed both methods using Walkera Dfuse and Deviation Uploader without any luck.
I tried the official release(deviation-devo12-v5.0.0.zip) as well as the nighly build(deviation-devo12-v5.0.0-3bcbb8f), when I reboot the Tx, its stuck in USB mode. I can browse to the USB drive on my computer.
When upgrade using the Deviation Uploader 0.8.0, I can see the progress bar goes 1/3 of the way then a windows popup "Copy Completed" but when I reboot my Tx it's stuck in the USB mode.
I also tried using the Walkera Dfuse 2.31, the Firmware upgrade went fine but I keep getting the below error Upgrading the Library
This error for Verify
I since restored the stock Firmware 1.5A 100mw without any issue
Any helps would be greatly appreciated, Its doing my head ins
Dan

Try to flash original Walkera firmware and library. If it fails, you have damaged parallel flash memory 16M chip.
Or you have problem with parallel flash memory chip CE or WE lines.

Correct, I can flash the stock FW but not the Library now everytime I switch to programming mode I get the fuzzy horizontial line screen, somehow I lost the Walkera programming....screen
How do I work out if S29GL128P10TFI01 is faulty? What is WE line sorry?
Looking like another project in the pipeline to replace the parallel chip. Is there another compatible chip or will I need the exact one?

Do you know of a way to troubleshoot the chip without removing it? or at lease find out CE or WE lines faulty or not?
