Added a warning for tx power lower then 100mW

So after my brother, forgot to turn his output power back from 1mW, and crashed his new TBS Discovery the other day. I thought it would be nice, to have a warning dialog at start up.

Since TX power is model specific this should not be an issue.

But, if pulled in should be made a TX option.

I agree with sbstnp. Not only an option but if active, to be able to setup the power value warning by model (1mW is enough for my Nano, but not for my Prôtos).

I think a low power warning would be a very good feature to include in the next FW update.
When I make changes to my config files I always lower the power out to the minimum, 10 micro W.
So far I have'nt forgotten to increase the power before flying.
But I know it's only a matter of time, and an accident waiting to happen.

And less batteries power consumption

For both reasons.
I use AA batteries, so I try to conserve power.

Already made that change it has the option to set what power you want it to warn you below.
Plus all have Matcat, look it over for bug and stuff, he's stay at my place atm.
