Devo RX 2736H-D - Does It Have Gear Capability?

I have the Master CP with a 2637H-D RX and it has a few unused ports, they all have voltage of sorts. One in the manual says it to connect to Telemetry.

I have a set of lights I would like to control from the Devo 10 TX.

I have experimented but don't know how to set up one if it was capable.

I wonder if this is to use RX 2637H-D on a HM83 # if someone manages to make it a configuration for use in hm83 #'m grateful.
